Pipeline to Paycheck uses PostHog for privacy-friendly analytics. We collect anonymous usage data to improve the product. We never sell your data. All calculations happen in your browser. We don't store your commission or tax details.
Your email is collected when you start a Pro trial, but we never share it with third parties. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing kylor@pipelinetopaycheck.com.
If you use the optional paystub decoder feature, your uploaded paystub image is sent to a third-party AI service (Anthropic) for processing. The image is used solely to extract pay information and is not stored after processing is complete.
