Why I built this

I closed a $50,000 deal and took home $2,997.

I was a tech sales rep for years. Every time a deal closed, I'd do the same rough math in my head: ten percent of whatever. Then the commission check would hit and I'd realize federal, state, FICA, and 401(k) took almost half of it. April was always a surprise.

Eventually I started running the real math in spreadsheets. That helped, but the bigger unlock was when I started mapping deals to the things I actually wanted: a down payment, my wife's student loans, six months of runway. Suddenly my pipeline wasn't an abstract quota number. It was a list of the things my family's life was made of.

I built Pipeline to Paycheck because commission math shouldn't be a surprise, and because every sales rep deserves to see their pipeline as the paycheck it's about to become.
